Nido (Infant Community)

An example of an Infant Community in a Montessori. This video will help Parents see the difference between Play schools, daycare and a Montessori Infant Community.

Our Infant Community follows the essence and adapts the Indian aspects in many ways.

The first three years of life are the most fundamental in the development of human beings and their potential. It is a period when the core of personality, social skills, and human values are developed. An understanding of the child's development allows Montessori environments to meet the needs of the infant and foster a sense of belonging, independence, and language acquisition enabling children to feel able and capable.

Our infant community environments cares for children from approximately fourteen months to three years that focus on developing movement, language, and independence within a social context.

This is offered for parents who are keen on understanding but are unable to be a part of Bumblbees Casa dei Bambini Community.

The environment is maintained clean and safe with kind and supportive adults to aid natural development. An orientation will be facilitated on how infants are cared and assisted in our environment during the admission process.
